We gather your email address only when you place an
order or ask a question. And we will only use it when
necessary to contact you about your current order (to
send an order confirmation and shipment tracking number)
or to respond to your question.
From time to time we will
send you emails concerning upcoming events, new
products, or other information that we feel would
benefit you. At any time you will have the option to opt
out of receiving future emails from us. Simply send an

Return Policy
Returns: Returning a product is a simple process.
Please send the product back to us via the carrier of
your choice. Include your purchase invoice so we can
easily find you in our system. If you do not have a
purchase invoice, please include the following; your
name, phone number (including area code), your address,
order number, and a note saying when you purchased the
product, where you purchased it and why you are
returning it. Please specify that it is a return on the
package. If the product is sold as "discontinued" or "as
is" and is marked "no returns" in the product
description, we will not accept returns on that item. If

Refund policy on guide
trips and seminars
All deposits and
payments are refundable up to but not including seven
days prior to the trip date. Cancellation with seven
days or less notice the deposit or payment will be
forfeited and allowed to rebook.
